Football Dreamz held another scouting programme in Abuja. The format had been invited to one in the same city that autumn and came back to run its own before the year was out.
A second programme followed a fortnight later and two players were signed out of it. That is the shape a return visit is meant to have, and it is the argument for treating a city as a place to work rather than as a stop on a tour.
