Scouting programme executed in Cameroon

Football Dreamz ran a well executed scouting programme in Cameroon. It is the format's second country and the one it goes back to for players who have not already been watched by half of the region.

The grassroots work around Yaounde in this record came later. A programme and a grassroots day are different instruments: one gathers players into a single place on a single morning, the other goes out to where they already are.
