Nexar Football announced a partnership with Ogun State in Nigeria. What an agreement with a state gives a scouting format is access: pitches, schools, and somebody local who can tell several hundred families that a trial is real and worth the journey.
What the agreement changed
The scouting that follows this announcement in the record is mostly Ogun. Two days in Ijebu Ode inside the same month, a programme across Abeokuta and Ijebu Ode days after that, another in Ijebu Ode before the year ended, and Abeokuta again the following autumn.
That is what an agreement of this kind looks like once it is being used rather than signed. A partnership announcement is only worth the page it is on if the entries underneath it are different from the ones above.
